MOTIV Picks Up England's Richie Teece

Richie Teece, who is ranked No. 10 in FloBowling’s PBA Power Rankings, has signed with MOTIV heading into the 2019 PBA season.

MOTIV announced the move in a Facebook Live on Wednesday afternoon that it had signed Teece, who threw Storm equipment last season, to a multi-year deal. Teece’s first event throwing MOTIV will be the PBA Hall of Fame Classic, which begins Thursday in Arlington, Texas.

Teece, 29 of England, has one career PBA title, the 2017 Shark Championship, and made two championship round appearances during the 2018 season.

He finished third at the FloBowling Tulsa Open, losing to eventual winner Stu Williams, 288-203, in the semifinal. At the FloBowling Bear Open, Teece finished fifth after losing the opening stepladder match to Andrew Anderson, 202-178.
