After his win Tuesday night at the FloBowling PBA Wolf Open, Sean Rash moved into the lead by a wide margin in the FloBowling PBA Summer Tour points.

Rash Tops Summer Tour Points After Wolf

After his win Tuesday night at the FloBowling PBA Wolf Open, Sean Rash moved into the lead by a wide margin in the FloBowling PBA Summer Tour points.

Rash's victory earned him 2,500 points and brought his season total to 6,700 points, nearly 2,000 points ahead of the next closest bowler.

AJ Johnson dropped to second with 4,785, Bill O'Neill is third with 4,735 and Kyle Sherman is fourth with 4,668.

Tommy Jones, Jakob Butturff, EJ Tackett and Kyle Troup round out the rest of the top eight. 

The only player who dropped out of the top eight after the Wolf Open was BJ Moore, who fell from eighth to ninth.

The top eight players in points will earn spots in the FloBowling ATX Invite, a special event to be held in Austin, Texas, on Sept. 21. Those eight will also earn spots in the PBA China Tiger Cup, an event that will be held in November. The top five will cash in the special USBC Cup prize list.

There are just two events left in which to earn points with the PBA Bear Open being held today and Thursday and the PBA Illinois Open contested Friday and Saturday. Both events will be live on FloBowling.
