What's On FloBowling The Week of March 30

The coronavirus pandemic may have shut down the sport of bowling across much of the country but that doesn’t mean you can’t enjoy your favorite sport.

FloBowling is working hard to provide you with a mix of fresh and classic content to help you deal with cabin fever.

Monday, March 30

We will give you a slow motion look at the releases of Danielle McEwan and AJ Johnson. Last week, we brought you the slow motion releases of Chris Barnes and AJ Chapman.

Tuesday, March 31

Enjoy one of the most intense finishes to a stepladder of the entire 2019 PBA Tour season when we rebroadcast the 2019 PBA Lubbock Sports Open match play rounds and stepladder. Here’s the detailed schedule (all times Eastern):

Wednesday, April 1

FloBowling Senior Editor Lucas Wiseman will be joined for a video interview by Brad Miller, who will have a chance to defend himself after Bill O’Neill called him out last week.

Meanwhile, Jakob Butturff is Tim Burg’s guest on the FloBowling Podcast. Last week’s guest was Norm Duke.

Thursday, April 2

This week’s Technique Thursday will feature Kyle Sherman offering you three tips on things to focus on before you even throw your first shot for score. Sherman offers his advice on your very first practice shots, reading ball reaction during practice and why you need a variety of shoe soles.

Friday, April 3

Our rebroadcast of last season’s PBA Tour continues with the first major of 2019 as we will bring you the match play rounds and stepladder finals from the 2019 PBA Tournament of Champions. Here’s the detailed schedule (all times Eastern):

Saturday, April 4

In the Player’s Perspective segment, Ryan Ciminelli will relive his win at the 2015 U.S. Open when he claimed his first major title. We’ll also Ask The Pros who the nicest bowler on tour is.

We will begin a new countdown of PBA Commissioner Tom Clark’s favorite shows from the past decade, a 10-week series that will include his thoughts and have the full show for you to watch.

Sunday, April 5

To close out the week, we are planning to bring you some of the best split conversions we’ve seen so far in the 2020 season. We’ll also give you a look ahead at what’s coming up the following week.

SABC Mixed Doubles Will Be Held As Scheduled This Summer

The sport of bowling got some positive news Tuesday night when the PBA/PWBA Striking Against Breast Cancer Mixed Doubles announced it will proceed with the 2020 event as scheduled.
