Tommy Jones will provide a couple tips to help you improve your game as part of this week’s Technique Thursday. Jones will explain how taping up your wrist can help avoid pain and talks about not manipulating the ball in the swing.

At the PBA Strike Derby, we asked some of the players to tell us what equipment they brought and the first of our What’s In The Bag segments debuts with Kris Prather.
