After a loss in the championship match of the PBA Hall of Fame Classic on Sunday in which he missed two easy spares, Jakob Butturff took to social media with some self-deprecating humor.

Butturff, who entered the championship round as the top seed, missed a seven pin and a 4-7 spare in the title match against Bill O’Neill. The two misses cost Butturff dearly as he lost the match by just five pins, 199-194.

In a Facebook post after the show finished, Butturff said he “picked the wrong time to try the Bird Box Challenge” along with a hilarious meme. The reference was to the Netflix movie Bird Box where star Sandra Bullock navigates the movie blindfolded.
