The bracket is set and the PBA Tour’s top players will begin their quest for the 2020 PBA Playoffs title starting Saturday.

The top 24 players on the PBA Tour points list advanced into the PBA Playoffs bracket and will compete for the $100,000 first-place prize at Bowlero Centreville.

The Round of 24 action gets underway Saturday on FOX (U.S.) and FloBowling (international) at 8 p.m. Eastern.

On the first show, the matchups will be as follows: No. 16 Tommy Jones vs. No. 17 Jakob Butturff; No. 9 Francois Lavoie vs. No. 24 Norm Duke; No. 13 Dom Barrett vs. No. 20 Dick Allen; and No. 12 Marshall Kent vs. No. 21 Chris Via.

The Playoffs will continue the following Saturday at 6 p.m. Eastern on FOX (U.S.) and FloBowling (international) with four more Round of 16 matchups including No. 15 Kyle Sherman vs. No. 18 AJ Johnson; No. 10 Darren Tang vs. No. 23 Nicholas Pate; No. 14 Tom Smallwood vs. No. 19 Chris Barnes; and No. 11 Brad Miller vs. No. 22 Tom Daugherty.

The top eight bowlers in the points list earned a first-round bye and will enter the tournament in the Round of 16. Defending champion Kris Prather, Jason Belmonte, Anthony Simonsen Bill O’Neill, EJ Tackett, Jesper Svensson, Kyle Troup and Sean Rash earned byes.

In a change from last year’s Playoffs, every match will be one game instead of the best-of-three points format used last year.
