With the way Miller has performed this year, it feels like he’s not just ready to win his first title, it feels like he’s ready to kick the door down.

Miller had an incredibly impressive performance at the PBA Chameleon Championship a couple weeks ago, taking down Anthony Simonsen and EJ Tackett before eventually losing to Jason Belmonte in the championship match.

Daugherty, meanwhile, has had a disappointing season and made it into the Playoffs on the back of a three-event stretch of success. He was sixth at the PBA Jonesboro Open, 12th at the PBA Tournament of Champions and 10th at the PBA Players Championship.

Who has the edge? While most of the first-round matchups have been tossups, it seems pretty clear who has the edge here. After Miller’s performance at Bowlero Centreville in the Chameleon, he clearly has the edge.
