This highly anticipated matchup features two of the best young players on the PBA Tour the past couple years.

Simonsen looked very solid in defeating Dick Allen, 258-204, in the Round of 16 to move into the quarterfinals. Prather, meanwhile, knocked off Marshall Kent, 237-214, in his Round of 16 match.

Prather, of course, is the PBA Playoffs defending champion but that win seems like a lifetime ago. Plus, it happened in another center in a completely different environment.

Who has the edge? This match is about as close as it gets. Both players had good looks in the Round of 16 and both love to step up in the big moments. To break what is essentially a tie, we’ll give Simonsen the edge simply based on his higher score in the Round of 16.
